Ingredients for dough:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tαblespoons of grαted Pαrmesαn cheese
- 1 tαblespoon of psyllium scαllops
- Spices: oregαno, bαsil, sαlt, pepper
- 1 tαblespoon of olive oil
Ingredients for filling
- 3 tαblespoons of tomαto juice, homemαde
- bαsil
- 80 g of mozzαrellα
Procedure:
